BTP Surgical LLC is dedicated to creating and providing leading organ donation equipment and surgical retractors. BTPS specializes in surgical instruments to make organ recovery easier and safer. All of our surgical retractors and equipment are custom made by a stainless steel artist and designed by a surgeon of over 53 years. This way, you know you can trust all of our surgical retractors and equipment are designed and created with expert hands and medical expertise.

Our Surgeon


Leslie Olson (President) started his medical service in 1968. He began at the University of Minnesota in the animal lab as a kidney perfusion tech, then started the University of Miami's OPO in 1978. In 2001, he left Miami for the great northwest working for LifeCenter northwest.

Andrew Stephen Ouderkirk Malcolm has been a stainless steel artist for 20 years and has been instrumental in developing the company's products. Andrew is Vice-President and in charge of production and quality.

Our program is designed to allow for surgical services when a local surgeon in unavailable. The SORS (Leslie Olson) has over 53 years in organ donor surgery with an estimated 5000 to 6000 cases.

    BTP Surgical LLC accepts all major credit and debit cards, including but not limited to Amex, Visa Mastercard, American Express, and more. Additionally, for the convenience of our customers, we accept PayPal in the purchase of our surgical retractors. If you do not see your preferred method of payment, please contact our customer service associates.


    What shipping methods do you use?


    Our company uses FexEx to ship our surgical retractors. Our fees are directly calculated by the product's dimensions and weight via the FexEx system. 


    Any order of surgical retractors over 100 pounds please call us for shipping info.


    What if my order is damaged?


    We apologize if you receive any surgical retractors that are damaged. Please contact us as soon as possible so we may assist in finding a solution.
